Meet Dr. Yasmeen Al-Attar

Dr. Al-Attar earned her Doctor of Dental of Surgery degree from the University of Toronto and has since served Kitchener-Waterloo for over ten years.

Dr. Al-Attar loves working with all ages and providing all aspects of dentistry with a particular interest in wisdom teeth removal, implant restorations, cosmetic dental treatments, and pediatric dentistry. She strongly believes in disease prevention, patient education, and conservative dental care to establish and maintain healthy, functional and beautiful smiles.

Dr. Al-Attar knows first hand how negative dental experiences can impact patients and how overwhelming dentistry can be for some. Her top priority is ensuring that all her patients are comfortable and at ease throughout their dental visits.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Al-Attar enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, exploring nature, and being involved in community service and outreach programs, both locally (Community Dental) and abroad. She firmly believes in the privilege and responsibility that come with the profession and that opportunities to serve through dentistry and beyond are limitless.
